I’m Diego and I’m a 39 years old Argentinian, living in Winchester, UK.
Being a passionate engineer in the study and improvement of mechanisms led me to internalize myself in the operation of the best machine that is the human body that´s why I inserted myself into the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer.
My range of programs includes Animal Flow, Strength Training & Cardio, catering to all fitness levels.

Combo Flow: Animal Flow + Surf Pop Out


Summer is in the air, and there's no better time to wax your boards and get ready for those long-awaited surfing sessions. This video showcases a simple drill that combines Animal Flow and pop out to help you enhance your surfing skills and experience the waves like never before.

Surfing is all about balance, coordination, and muscle memory, and the quadrupedal movement training can help you achieve all that and more. By practicing surfing movements on land, you can improve your proprioception and strengthen your muscles, making it easier to perform those same movements when you hit the water. Mixing it with Animal Flow will not only enhance your surfing skills but also improve your overall fitness.

Drill:
- Front Step | 2 per side > Hip mobility
- Side Kick Thru | 1 per side > Slow for core engaged
- Pop out | 3 per side > Front & Back
- Front Kick Thru | 2 per side > Proprioception & coordination
- Pop out | 2 per side > Slow
